Volunteering @ the Spring Concert - 2010
It's that time of the year again! Please note that our Spring Concert for our Level 5-9 students will be held on March 26, 27, and 28. And this year, more than ever, we are in need of volunteers to help make this event a success! There are no special skills required, just your willingness and time to do it!
Are you available for any of the following?
March 24 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage support
March 25 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage support
March 26 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage (6:30-9:30pm)
March 26 - 2 people to sell flowers & café items (6:30pm)
March 27 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage (12:00-3:30pm)
March 27 - 4 people to sell flowers & café items (12:30pm)
March 27 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage (3:00-6:30pm)
March 27 - 4 people to sell flowers & café items (3:30pm)
March 28 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage (12:00-3:30pm)
March 28 - 4 people to sell flowers & café items (12:30pm)
March 28 - 4 people in the dressing room / backstage (3:00-6:30pm)
March 28 - 4 people to sell flowers & café items (3:30pm)
There will be a reception following the last performance on Sunday, March 28th. If you are interested in helping out with the following, please let Carissa know as soon as possible:
SET-UP: We need 3 people from 2:00-5:00pm
SERVERS: We need 4 people from 5:30-6:30pm
CLEAN-UP: We need 2-4 people from 6:30-7:30pm
We need a few volunteers to take some costumes home to wash/dry them. We also have a washer/dryer onsite, if you prefer to do them here.
