Welcome Week
September 2- 8, 2008
Just as it sounds, Welcome Week happens during the first week of classes in the Fall. During that time, we encourage parents and those interested in learning more about Marin Ballet to come and take a look around. Welcome Week activities provide the perfect opportunity to:
- Meet our faculty, staff and musicians
- Get answers to your questions
- Sign up for carpools
- Learn about volunteer opportunities
- Tour our facility
- Meet other parents/students/volunteers
Back to School Open House
Tuesday, September23, 2008 5:00-7:00pm
This special annual event is designed to introduce parents, families, friends and neighbors to every aspect of Marin Ballet. Guests have the opportunity to:
- Visit and observe classes and workshops
- Meet the faculty, staff and musicians
- Learn about out training programs at a special Q&A session
Parent Observation Weeks
October 20 - 25, 2008
January 12 - 17, 2009
March 16 - 21, 2009 (Pre-Ballet Division only)
June 1 - 6, 2009 (Movement Exploration classes only)
Parents and families are invited to observe classes on the specific dates listed. In order not to disturb performance preparations and the choreographic process, there is limited observation in the third and fourth quarters (February through June). |
